Junior Miss Lancashire, more and more involved in the local community

Hi everyone,

Sorry it been a while since I’ve written a blog but I’ve been up to lots of exciting things.

I have Been to visit glenThrone care home twice to help out and speak to the people in there and learn from them and help the local community. I also attended the St George’s day parade in Lytham to make an appearance and celebrate the day. Everyone who took part in the parade were really good and the outcome was amazing and it was a sunny warm day what more could be asked for?

I have been back dancing some time now and our dance school takes part in the Lancashire hits every year and has done for 25 years which is an amazing achievement and I am privileged to be part of such an amazing dance school. This year what the 25th anniversary on the Lancashire hits presented by Duncan jump and the winter gardens in Blackpool. The Langley dance centre performed Aladdin this year which was absolutely amazing to be a part of as all of the hard work paid off.

On bank holiday Monday I made another appearance at Avenham Park, Preston Fun Fest. I met an absolutely amazing team of people who were really welcoming and offered me an amazing opportunity to present in Cornwall. I made a speech to open the show about my title and the heats and then opened the games. Thought the day I helped out with the games to make sure they ran smoothly. For the rest of the time I presented and did a bit of comparing which was am amazing experience and something that I defiantly would like to do again. I also did a lot of the entertainment on my own and with the team.

A photographer from the Lancashire evening post appeared and asked if I would appear in the Lancashire evening post which was published on Wednesday the 4 th of May.
